DELIVERY 

Orders for delivery within the UK are delivered either by Royal Mail or courier service.  Delivery times are normally 2-7 working days from the time of placing the order.

Kobe Surf aims to deliver orders within 7 working days.  We do not guarantee delivery times and dates.  We cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit, or for delivery delays occurring once the goods have left the warehouse.

Kobe Surf cannot be held responsible for non-delivery in cases where the wrong delivery address has been provided.  In these cases we are unable to provide a refund for these goods, or to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

International delivery times will vary.

You will be notified via email confirmation when your order has been dispatched, together with an estimated delivery date.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
UK Standard delivery (2-5 working days) - £3.50
UK Express delivery (next working day) - £6
NB orders must be placed before 12 noon to guarantee next working day delivery.
All orders delivered within the UK will require a signature upon delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
European Union - £6
USA / Canada - £10
Australia / New Zealand - £10

Rest of the World – please contact info@kobesurf.com prior to placing your order for an estimated delivery price.

For larger orders the delivery price may be higher than those quoted above.  You will be notified of modified charges by email before your order is dispatched.  

International customers are responsible for all international customs/tax charges related to your country of residence.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Initial shipping costs will not be refunded. If you would like to return or exchange any items please contact Kobe Surf within 14 working days of receiving your order.
The items must be un-used and in re-saleable condition, with all the original packaging.  All swimwear must have the hygiene sticker intact and attached. Refunds will be processed to the bank card used for payment.  If payment was made via PayPal the the refund will be processed via PayPal.
The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive an item and believe it to be faulty or damaged, please contact Kobe Surf within 7 working days of receiving your order.

Items must be in new and un-used condition.  All swimwear must have the hygiene sticker intact and attached.

We will inspect the item, and if appropriate arrange for refund, exchange or replacement and will reimburse any postage costs incurred.
